Ms. Wallers has also participated in many projects, including educational facilities, medical facilities, commercial, industrial, transportation, and laboratory and military projects from the conceptual phase through final construction. She is experienced in preparing and negotiating construction related documents and is responsible for project management, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and negotiation of change orders.

Ms. Wallers is an Associate Editor on the Saylor Construction Cost Manual, which is in it's 40th year of publication. She is also the editor and publisher of the LSI Index, which is an inflationary index and is published in the Engineering News Record (a weekly publication for the construction industry in its 125th year).
