Specializing in mechanical and electrical work, his participation ranges from the conceptual planning phase through design and final construction. With an extensive knowledge base, Mr. Moreno has a proven record and is known for his ability to work with clients to produce quality results.Mr. Moreno has attended CSUS and American River College in Sacramento, and completed many courses related to Construction Management and Estimating. He has also completed electrical and mechanical estimating through the RS Means Electrical and Mechanical Classes. His experience also includes actual "hands on" work experience on many diverse construction projects. Mr. Moreno has participated in many projects as an estimator, including correctional facilities, educational facilities, medical facilities, commercial, industrial, transportation, and laboratory and military projects from the conceptual phase through final construction.
