Mary E. Wallers, Principal
Ms. Wallers offers a diverse range of construction experitse. She brings with her over 20 years of construction experience in estimating and project management. Specializing in civil work her participation ranges from the conceptual planning phase through design and final construction. With an extensive knowledge base, Ms. Wallers has a proven record and is known for her ability to work with clients to produce results.
She has completed many college courses related to estimating and scheduling, and has completed the SAVE Module I for Value Engineering, CSI Construction Document Technician exams. Ms. Wallers has also participated in many projects, including educational facilities, medical facilities, commercial, industrial, transporation, laboratory and military projects from the conceptual phase through final construction. She is experienced in preparing and negotiating construction related documents and is responsible for project management, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and negotiation of change orders.

John L. Moreno, V.P.-Chief Estimator
John Moreno leads the cost consulting efforts for Sierra West Group, LLC. John brings with him over 18+ years of diverse construction experience. Mr. Moreno's skills encompass the full circle of the design and construction process from actual hands on to the production of detailed cost estimate reports . Professional practice includes conceptual planning, design costing, cost and risk analysis, life cycle cost, cost benefit analysis, value engineering, variance comparison reports and expert witness services for construction litigation purposes. Mr. Moreno is accredited for his continued involvement within the A/E/C industry with organizations such as the Construction Management Association of America, Western Council of Construction Consumers, Association of Professional Estimators, Construction Specifications Institute and Associated General Contractors. Additionally, Mr. Moreno is recognized for his editorial services for the Saylor Construction Cost Manual, which is now in its 44th year of publication.
